To that end, we offer a full return policy for our bridal boxes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the item has not been worn or damaged in any way.

To initiate a return, please contact us we will guide you through the process. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned safely.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is deemed to be in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
